Room was hot only time.cool.was late night , had issues getting into room door wouldnt.open had to get key re programed then batteries went out was temporarily put in another room.at midnight for a couple of hrs untill.our door was fixed ended up I'm our room.early morning missed an event due to being uo late waiting on door to be opened to get to our luggage . Just not a pleasant stay

I wish I had known that check out was at 12pm. I thought it was at 11am so I got up early to get out by 11am. I could have slept in that wonderful bed with the full pillows a while longer.

Great location. Across the street from the Majestic Theater so ideal for concerts. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Parking garage was easy & saw 2 security guards late at night securing the property.
