The location was awful. There was no parking. I’m already paying to stay there. I shouldn’t have to pay to park there also.
Negatives:
The staff was incredibly rude and made me feel like I didn’t belong there. They also had the water turned off for 4 hours. For what I spend I expect to use all amenities and conveniences for the duration of my stay

the room was clean & the building was clean. nothing too fancy. the location was near plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and attractions. the breakfast & bar area was pleasant. nothing too fancy for breakfast but definitely enough food
Negatives:
the pool & hot tub were really dirty. the hallways sometimes smelled like wet dogs. i called and asked to pay everything up front before i arrived. i thought i had until the front desk charged me a deposit (still haven't gotten that back though i was told i would). along with the surprise deposit i had to pay to park... only 5 spots weren't handicapped. now they have a garage to park in as well but there was no street parking so the fee is unavoidable.
