The elevator was out, and we were on the 3rd floor. There was no notification until you arrived at the hotel, and it had been out at the time the booking was made. Pool had not been cleaned in quite a while.
The most frustrating was the use of pics from a different facility displayed online. The room pic was accurate but not the pool or amenities. Clearly from another location due to the size, structure, and service area.

The location of the hotel was convenient for my visit and commute. It was centrally located.
Negatives:
Unfortunately my stay was NOT comfortable. I actually plan on making an official complaint to Hyatt Corporate. Upon arrival I was told the elevator was out of service for the week, with my room being located on the 3rd Floor, also , the shower drain was clogged up, it took an hour to drain, in which I reported, The sheets were very dingy, Not white, Ants were in the room, In the morning for breakfast the host made all the guest uncomfortable by standing over them while they chose the food of choice and followed them around. Me and other guest complained, and the Hot water had to be shut off for have the day for some type of service issue. I couldn't believe those things were happening. I took photos of each incident .
