After Saturday, Dec 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Breakfast was served hot and different choices every day! The beds were very comfortable. The parking lot was gated and our stay was safe and enjoyable

Negatives: Didn't have a microwave in the room to reheat evening meals. You have to tell them one day in advance if your want room service.
