Positives: The staff, and the room. We had a horrible delay on our AAL flight from Phoenix to DFW which resulted in our late arrival at 2am. I phoned the hotel to advise we were running late and a member of the reception team, whilst carrying out an audit, ensured that we were met immediately upon our arrival to check us in, which we appreciated very much.

Negatives: Nothing really, it was a great stay.
