Positives: Antonio in bar Cafe was excellent. Beds comfortable and clean.
Negatives: No mirror except in bathroom. One bar of soap for sink and bath. Shower had no grab rail. Shower had two shampoo and one conditioner, but no body wash or soap.

Positives: Size of the room was nice however there was food or something splattered on the wall and woke up to a large bug on the floor. Went to capture the bug and by that time it was walking up the wall, knocked it down with the towel and covered it up. Left immediately.
Negatives: Room could’ve been more clean and price was definitely overpriced.

Positives: I loved how elegant and bug the property was! They had seating options for relaxing, dining options to eat, spacious rooms, and a self serve concessions stand. The room had everything we need in it and the shower was CLEAN. The view we had of Dallas was impeccable and every worker was kind. This is most definitely a must stay at hotel.
Negatives: I didn’t like the automatic streaming options on the tv.

Positives: It was very chaotic! Wrong weekend to stay at this hotel. The swimming pool needs a lot of facelift. The hotel is in a very good area, but… we stay at Omni mostly, which is a walking distance, but much, much better. Even valet was full! Never come across that at Omni, even when fully booked. The breakfast service was a plus and Crown Rock was super- went there for my birthday celebration. They carry such a big name, they can modernize a bit more. The rooms… a topic for another day. I guess venturing on your birthday is not always a good idea. Will stick to my credited list. Thanks.

Positives: Conveniently located to where you can ride the tram around to get around and beat traffic. The staff here are all awesome. It was OU vs Texas weekend and it was chaotic but the staff kept everything running smoothly.
Negatives: The bed in our room was way too hard and even at 66 degrees it didn’t feel like it got that cold.
