If you wanna stay in the center of Dallas, the location of this hotel is good. The Gym was very big and nice.
Negatives:
The pricetag of this hotel does not reflect the reality. I booked a room with breakfast included, arriving at the breakfast we got a realy bad explenation, in the end we had to pay an extra 50! USD for some scrambled eggs, since only "cold" things are included? Felt kinda scammy and not worthy of a Hotel that charges over 300 USD per night! The Hotel has a seperate Valet "Window", the lady in there was realy rude and giving me an attitude, you can go and do that in a 2 star hotel! Bathroom had wierd stains and rusty screws.
Its cricket season, well we found that out by finding crickets in our AC Vent!

I like the Hyatt Regency. Everyone there was amazing and. Very kind and polite.
Negatives:
What i didn't like is that when you ask housekeeper to bring you kleenex or whatever. They didn't want bring it and it made me feel like if they think they paid for it. Anyway you guys need to tell your people not to treat your guest like that. Because of your customet is why they had jobs to pay their bills. Thank youu

valet went through my vehicle things were opened up, supposed to be opened up not sure if I’m missing anything or not
when I checked in, they could not find my reservations and they were very difficult to deal with once they found my reservations they did not apologize for finding them. It took about 30 minutes.
I left my Apple Watch on the table next to my bed it was not there when I came back now I have to file a claim
Due to the ballet going through my truck, the first time
I self parked the rest of the nights there is no self parking immediately on the grounds it is across the street. Signs everywhere saying do not leave valuables
Would think they would have a security officer in the parking lot or have a portion of the parking garage dedicated to South Park.
The kind of money you spend at a Hyatt Regency expect expect better all around service
