Our room that we checked into our TV was not working so we had to go back to the desk to tell the lady that our TV wasn’t working she changed the remote she came up. She did a few things and then she switched us room. She switched us room. We get into our new room only to find out that the floor had not been vacuumed. There was blood and food on the ceiling, also our ice machine right next to our room was not working and our room smell like Pinesol saw and mildew
