Negatives: Decor a little tired

Negatives: I didn’t like how cold it was and we had to sleep in a cold room the first night I didn’t like how they checked us out a night before and our keys didn’t work and I don’t like how they said they were going to do some compensation on something and they didn’t. They gave me one day off of parking when I was told I would either get one free night or all my parking would be free.

Negatives: The heater in our room did not work. It just blew cold air. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The lights in the room and bathroom were poor.

Negatives: the room

Negatives: The smell how dirty the room were we got two rooms and both smelled horrible! Outdated nothing is easy and accessible nothing worked in the room the bathroom toilet made a noise the whole night!

Negatives: We stayed in room 2020. The toilet ran all night and when the tank needed water the supply line was extremely loud. Our first night was not good for sleeping. I put in 2 different work orders, but was never fixed during our stay. I ended up shouting off the water our second night. Slept like a baby.

Negatives: Parking / no free breakfast

Negatives: The toilet didn’t work the first 24 hours and after 3 complaints was finally repaired. I had to open the tank to flush it. There was no soap or shampoo in the room. I didn’t realize this until the morning after I arrived. I told the staff. That evening arrived back at the room and prepared to shower….no soap. The staff were cold and contemptuous. I called the first night wanting to sleep after a long travel day. The noise outside was louder in my room than the television. I called to find out if there was a specific time it would stop. The young woman on the phone didn’t answer my question and basically told me to get over it. I was on the 11th floor and my windows were closed. I asked for more towels, they never arrived.
