Positives: I thought the price for a hot tub in the room was a steal. Until we got into the room.
Negatives: There was mold in the fridge, the hot tub water started to bubble up dirt rings, there was long hair on the shower walls which didn't come from us since our hair were both braided back. The bathroom light kept flickering randomly and the bed was super uncomfortable. I normally don't complain but this hotel stay let me down severely and I won't be booking with them ever again.

Negatives: -No coffee in room -Super thin covers on bedding and when asked for something warmer they did not have -Had to ask from desk for shampoo and conditioner -Towels were thin and small
