Wifi was really bad. Didnt even have service in the rooms. Found blood on the sheets and pillow cases. Certain appliances were not working

The location was very convenient for the area of Dallas I was working in. It is right off a highway but not loud and did not have a bunch of big rigs warming up in the morning. Affordable and smoking room was not covered in cigarette burns (often the case). Breakfast at the greasy spoon in the parking lot was very good.
Negatives:
Had some low-life's hanging out in the parking lot all night. I felt I should not have to ask management to clear out people after hours of loud arguing and threatening etc. Just one night but interrupted sleep and could be avoided.

Very cheap and in a good location. It didn’t have any bed bugs.
Negatives:
My room was full of mold. There was an obvious roof leak that just hasn’t been fixed resulting in a big hole. There was dried soap scum in the shower, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, and there was a shoe mark on the wall where it looked like someone squished a roach.
