Positives: It was in the location I needed.

Negatives: The first room they put me in was filthy. There was a mess on the bed frame, cobwebs in the corners, and there was dirt all over the floor. The bed was the worst part. The mattress had dirt, hair, bloodstains, and unidentified yellow stains. I feared for bugs. The outside reeked of marijuana. They moved us to a new room, and even that one was just barely passable. Abysmal service.
