I didn't like that the people that were on the floor I was on kept up so much noise and I had to be at work at 6am and my fiance had to be at work at 5am. Also, I kept hearing loud noises but didn't know where it was coming from

To noisy at night time

Parking was close.
Negatives:
The sliding door to the bathroom kept on opening by itself. The a/c was right next to the bed and really loud. We had a fire alarm at night. We walked down the stairs (from the 15th floor) to the lobby only to be approached by a woman who told us that everything is okay and that we should go back to our rooms. So we went back but couldn‘t stand the loud alarm. We tried to call the front desk but the phone didn‘t work. So we called with our cellphones and someone told us that they can not turn off the alarm until the firefighters arrive. So we had to sit in our room with this really loud alarm.

From check-in to check-out, it was a pleasant experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Rashandra Park at the front desk, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient with me while I dealt with an issue I had with the third-party company I booked the room through. I got it resolved, and she had a smile the entire time. It was also extremely busy with other people checking in, and she still took time to get me checked in with ease. Excellent job, Rashandra! Thanks for the great service! I'll definitely be back!
