Positives: Easy and accessible for food or just to come down out of your room. Love that you had infused fruit water, pink cookies and the security (Qujuan-sorry for spelling) was so helpful and suggested a restaurant for us that was really good. Great hospitality and greetings during my stay!

Negatives: They didn’t have a microwave in the rooms and had to request bed comfort(but it was just an over-sized blanket). And ATM was out.

Positives: My room was at the South Tower and it was a very specious suite. All amenities except the microwave but I didn't need it anyway. Separate shower and bathtub was nice. Quiet corridor was a welcomed plus. Garage parking came free with the booking so nice extra in Dallas downtown area.
