Positives: The breakfast buffet was excellent, the suite was great and large and overlooked the pool which was heated with towels provided. Overall very happy with our state for the Great North American Eclipse of 2024.

Negatives: The choice of food out of hours, late in the room were slightly limited.

Positives: Cleanliness and polite staff

Negatives: We were celebrating our 24th Wedding Anniversary and I had ask for a box of chocolate or chocolate covered strawberries on the bed for my wife. I was shocked that it wasn’t there when last year’s anniversary we stayes at a Sheraton in Legacy West in Plano they fulfilled the request and a bottle of wine. I left all of this in the notes both times.

Positives: Nothing great - other hotels nearby were much better.

Negatives: We spent half hour speaking to an agent from the hotel before our departure and were promised many things that was not even documented or offered when we got there. Very deceiving operation at best. Will never stay in this hotel.
