The location and price were convenient.
Negatives:
The front desk person when I checked in was rude and interrupted me while I was talking. There was construction being done inside the hotel and the construction workers cussed very loud on a daily basis. The room was not clean and the outlets were questionable. I would plug something in and it would smell like it was burning. I was there M-F and not once did house keeping clean my room or even attempt to clean it. The elevator was hot and the laundry room was closed. This hotel had decent reviews and the reviews were completely misleading.

We were given keys to a locked room! It was quite scary. The key worked and the door would only open slightly.

The bathroom toilet and tub are old. The off brand soap is not good for skin.

The bed was very comfy, and the AC was not as noisy as other places I have stayed at.
They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash ready in the bathtub, they were the cheap kinds though, so still better if you can bring your own.
Negatives:
They didn’t have soap for the sink so I had to use the provided body wash to wash my hand. It’s inconvenient and gross.
The water from shower head was very hot. I only turned the valve up a little and the water was already too hot for me (and I shower with hot water in summer).
The shower head in our room was broken. When we pulled up the spout diverter half the water got sent to the shower head, the other half still went out the bottom faucet. This caused pretty low water pressure. Since we only stay for the night we didn’t bother to ask for room change, but just noticed the front desk when we checked out.
