Between Friday, Nov 29th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Dec 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Dec 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 2, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Positives: I reported manager due to her atrocious attitude and behavior when we originally checked in. Then because we complained to corporate, she asked us to leave saying they had the right to refuse service. This was targeted and racially motivated

Negatives: We were in a musty room without power due to the storms in Dallas. Water came in through the AC unit so the carpet was soaked. Nobody ever came to inform or check on us to make sure we were safe

Negatives: I was robbed of my deposit. Nearly the entire $50.00. I requested multiple times, that I needed to be accommodated a cart to help me move from out of the room. I complained of Nats for days. The Nats were coming from the windows.

Negatives: Dishwasher overflowed. Kitchen sink overflowed.But they were fixed quick. The girl that works in the morning is kinda rude and just keeps quoting the hotel rules instead of talking like a human.
