The hotel was grungy. Mostly clean, although the bed sheets were stained.

Bed sheets were stained. Hotel location was near airport, but in the middle of a sketchy area. Even the check in was through a barrier between the guest and the clerk. Very basic accommodations.

They gave me a smoker room when I asked for a non smoking. Room was dirty. Tons of roaches like infested. Front desk was trying to act like I've been in the room a long time and made it dirty even though they just seen me check in at the front desk. She also told me because I opened the door that she wouldn't provide me with a new room. They eventually swap me to a non smoking which was cleaner and I didn't see any roaches in that room. Lots of homeless outside.

The location was the only thing I liked about it.

Everythingit was extremely stuffy and smelled of smoked as soon as we walked in the lobby. The door the man suggest we use to get into the property outside of the doors just smelled awful like a dead animal or old garbage. Everything had dents and dings, very sketchy. Walked into our room and was EXTREMELY disappointed. Its not like the pictures at all! Its half the size and I had to spray and disinfect just to use the restroom and wipe off countertops. Stains in the restroom I barely felt comfortable taking a shower there. A blood stain on the cabinet in the bathroom, hair on my towel. Oh and the bedthe bed was extremely uncomfortable. Just to top it off after the type of stay we had we were leaving to get breakfast for my birthday and I asked for an extension just so we wouldnt be late or rushing back and he just automatically kept telling me all he can do is 30min its the weekend they have to get the rooms ready for other guest, and I asked if cousin just look at the room and see if it booked next and if he could till 12 but just kept repeating himself very rudely. I didnt think to get pictures because 1 my back camera is broken and Im typically not the type to complain but this was truly a rip off.
