Positives: Close enough to my office

Negatives: Killing a cockroach in the morning! Walking out of my room to an elevator that didn't work. They instructed me to use the stairs, but didn't clearly indicate which stairwell to use. I picked the wrong one, carried my luggage down three flights, and couldn't exit. I called and waited 5min for them to open the door, but they didn't come. So I had to carry my luggage upstairs to the second floor, and then walk across the building and go back down.
