Positives:
Very convenient location. Glad there was no charge for my dog. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly.
Negatives:
We had a room on the first floor across from the elevators. This should not be a room. Noise from the elevator, people gathering and phones and voices from the front desk. Very disruptive and sleepless night.

Over priced. Staff exhausted and it shows. I drank a water that didn’t have a $5 sticker and they charged me for it and said there was no complimentary water in Texas in the summer! I needed a taxi to the airport & the receptionist said I could call from the hotel phone. Might as well employ me. Service is barebones and I was mad they charged me for a water. Just not the best stay.

I absolutely loved the staff, the decor, the pool area as well as the customer service.
Negatives:
I did not like the cleanliness. The floors in the room were not mopped. The hallways were not cleaned. He chips, candy wrappers and was not vacuumed. The work-out room machines were not wiped off and the floors had bugs crawling around the baseboards.

Positives:
We had to relocate due to a area-wide power outage from storms. The Beeman was great - they allowed us to bring our big dog - and put us on the 2nd floor so we didn't have to go far to let him out. It was perfect! I would also like to give a special shout out to Stacy who worked the reception desk when we arrived on the first day - she could not have been nicer and immediately arranged for a roll-away bed in the room since the double rooms were already sold out.

Positives:
I chose the Beeman because it was very close to the surgery center, where I would have surgery. I wanted a quiet place to relax after surgery. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. It just so happened that the day we checked in was the night after a massive storm, which left a large amount of Collin and Dallas counties without power. With the hotel being dog-friendly, most people arrived with theirs pets. I do believe the hotel met maximum capacity the 2 nights we were there. There were moments when the dogs were loud, but I was proud of the dog owners overall. The hotel staff worked very hard to make everything go smoothly.
Negatives:
The parking garage is difficult to get to in bad weather. Also, I did not like that there was not a microwave in the room.

Not many amenities. Stayed their because it had an indoor pool, but it was nasty. Hair balls floating. Water was cloudy. Lots of debris floating. I could not enjoy with my kids. The seat cushions outside were torn and dirty looking. It also smelled like cigarette smoke the entire time. Seemed like an employee(s) was constantly taking cigarette breaks next to outdoor area. Very unpleasant. Also no laundry room, this is important when traveling with family.
