Negatives:
1) the a/c unit leaked water so my travel bag that I left near it got soaked. We had to put towels around the AC to contain the water overnight.
2) they only had room for us on the first floor which was what they called a pet floor. Not great for someone who has pet allergies. They couldn’t accommodate another room for us.
