Great location, clean, great breakfast and friendly staff.

Unfortunately the room was not as described on Booking.com
Our room did not include the following facilities - kitchen, pants press, refrigerator, microwave, mini bar, dishwasher, hand sanitizer. We spoke to hotel directly and they said we had to contact you as the description of the advertised room was down to you. As you can see the room is substantially different and had we known this, we would have chosen a different hotel. I have medication the has to be kept cold.

Location was ideal for event at the Music Hall at Fair Park. Lovely, clean room and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful from beginning to end of stay.

There was no complimentary water in my room, there were snacks missing from their mini bar, there was a broken glass behind the tub, blinds were broken, bedroom was not clean enough. They don’t inform you about the valet parking charges upon arrival. They wait till it’s time to check out and then hit you with the charges..
