Everyone was very nice and helpful. I did get charged twice but have been told it will be taken care of, we will see. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:00 am with the privacy sign on the door, she wanted to know what time we were checking out, this is bad practice and aggravating. Other than that everything was great.

The pool water was freezing, way to cold to enjoy it. Our room had a very musky, mildew smell and our restroom was being worked on but not complete.
