The air conditioner did not work. Stayed at 78° from 7:45pm till we are checking out next morning. We asked to be moved, and they said they were full, and a maintaince man would be up. We went back down at 3 am still 78° now this morning they say the gal that checked us in should not of told us that. But couldn't tell me her name. This is ridiculous. I expect a refund. I was told to contact booking.com for a refund. I was given a management # 940 597 2707 of the hotel. I can not find a number for booking. Com. I'm so dissatisfied. It was a very long and uncomfortable night in this room. We had driven 10hrs that day and we were exhausted.
