Complete false advertisement the place was an absolute s*** hole...the pictures shown were an absolute lie!!!! The TV wouldn't even work the air conditioner wasn't on like I said a complete s*** hole... But the Red Roof Inn in Lewisville is absolutely outstanding which is where I'm still staying right now!!!

The price was decent but a little high being that the place is very outdated. Centrally located.
Negatives:
It was very dated and when I called the front desk to ask for a new iron( I know most people don’t use them in a hotel room but we were in town for a wedding and needed it.)they couldn’t tell me if the had an extra. They told me they would call me back. They never did. When I called again they told me they could let me know in an hour if they had anymore. Not helpful at all.

Check in was fine, front counter person was friendly.
Negatives:
This location sits very close to a highway and very busy thoroughfare, but the air conditioning unit was able to drown out the road noise. However, we had a bunch of construction workers staying above us, they were drinking and there was a lot of noise coming from there room, all night long. The bathtub really needed to be replaced. Entire room needs updating.

From the time i checked in and i had 3 double king rooms the television did kot work. It would come on for 5 minutes and cut off. I called office several times and was told they working in it. One of the rooms door keys stopped working so had to get those replaced. They was spider webs a roach and light yellow stains on sheets. My guest who came in town for a college graduation left and found other accommodations. Unfortunately, i could not so i checked two rooms out and stayed the night. I went in person to the office at 10 pm to the office and told they working on it, that some wires were loose. they would call the room. I saw nobody working. I stayed up all night . I checked out at 6am and the person there had no idea what was going on and kept sayin he was sorry. I will never stay in a Red Roof in again.
