The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was fresh and good, the staff very helpful. The facilities are very clean and the room was quiet and the a/c was great and put us right to sleep .

A little pricey, not too overpriced, but I felt the $75 pet fee was way too high.

Positives:
Property looked like the pictures. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. All areas were clean. Ice workout facility outdoor fire pit and seating area was nice barbecue area. Pool was nice but not needed. My room was nice and the bed was very comfortable and clean. No odors kitchenette area was clean well kept and the refrigerator was clean. Very happy with my stay.

Didn’t like the fact that I was woken up by some other people trying to get into my room. Then come to find out that they had given me someone else’s room even though I had a reservation and gave them my ID when I checked in. Not very happy about that situation.

This hotel is in my top 2 hotel stays of all time as an adult and parent myself. I love the layout of the Queen Suite. It's large, roomy, open, and has a unique floor plan. It's practical and cozy with so much space to move around in. I stayed with 3 of my children in the room and we loved having the separate space of a bedroom and bathroom area apart from the living room and kitchen area. It's like a luxury modern apartment. Breakfast of course was a highlight and big reason I chose this hotel (especially with 3 growing children). But another highlight is their beds. I hope to learn what mattress brand they use as it's extremely comfortable. And linen is fresh and clean. Coffee was available throughout our stay 24/7 in lobby and in room. This was my second stay and I was pleasantly surprised that they now provided FREE laundry. About a year earlier I had to use quarters. A great bonus that I wasn't even expecting. Workout room is clean and modern with a good variety of weights, treadmill and elliptical machines and benches. It's quiet at night and they have two computers in lobby for Internet use and printing. An all-around great hotel. Oh! And it's directly across the street from the backside of the Golden Triangle Mall. It's also conveniently located next to a bowling alley and other food places in walking distance. Yet it's quiet, un-busy and secluded where it sits. 5 stars all the way.
Negatives:
One thing I'd recommend they do is change out the sofa cover in the lobby near the front desk. It doesn't fit well to the sofa it's on and catches lint. Whatever the reason they're using it in the first place could use a better solution to avoid that look upon entry to the hotel. For breakfast, I'd like to see a few more gluten-free options and perhaps even some fresh-squeezed juice or at least not-from-concentrate juices. But I'm still very grateful for the orange juice they do have. :)

Design of room was great. Bed was comfy. Shower had great pressure and temps.
Negatives:
I had two scarey slips in the shower, surface was extremely slippery. Luckily the shower curtain was sturdy, it prevented me from completely falling to the ground.
Narrow tubs like the one in my room put your average adult males feet at the edges of the tub where the angle starts to slope up the sides, you add a little water and soap at those high friction spots and a slip is bound to happen as was the case with me.
