The room was clean, mattress appeared to be quite new, and overall room was totally adequate. The fixtures/furniture was pretty banged up but the cleaning staff is doing a good job making do with what they have.
Negatives:
The outside is pretty rough. If I had judged it solely on my drive up and not gone to check the actual room, I would have left. It leaves quite a lot to be desired and looks really sketchy from the parking lot.

No offense but I had to bomb it. There was roaches. Little disappointed there were no utensils or dishes as kitchenettes usually supply that especially studio. 6. At least the one in Plano had it all. There's a nice one some of the renters made me a little uncomfortable motel 6 is nothing like it used to be

The people living there are on meth ,people drunk in the parking lot outside my room talking very loud at 12pm the TV remote didn't work the swimming pool was unavailable no snack machine!
