It was not the service...
Negatives:
I called ahead about my mom needing extra pillows for her bad back. Upon arrival, I was told I could only have 2. She was miserable until I put some of our clothes in a few pillow cases and had her use them as pillows. Also, the pool was closed, and i was not told prior. I got this room so my little one could swim during our downtime on our trip. The air conditioner couldn't cool the room during the day, and then froze us at night. When I arrived, the kiosk read $51 dollars a week. I paid $150 for friday to sunday. I will never stay here again. I am on a retirement budget and can't afford the more expensive hotels. This place seems to be run by some sort of slum lord.

I Didn't get a wink of sleep, nor rest, because my room #132 was infested with CRICKETS that we thought, once we got them out when first entering the room, but they KEPT coming into the room from ALL angles of the door!!!... UGH!!!

When we tried to walk up the stairwell to our room, the stairs were blocked by a drug deal in progress involving 4 men and one prostitute. We left! Fortunately I was traveling with my son, but had I been alone, I am a senior who is oxygen dependent. This was a frightening, dangerous situation. I also feel that I should be reimbursed for the 2 nights I had paid in advance for. Please make your managers patrol and control their properties.
