Absolutely nothing, rooms were filthy and had the worst smell had to be moved to another room and was threatened by one of the front desk worker

This hotel is trash. It attracts a certain type of clientele. The furniture is outdated, the toilet didn't flush properly.The sheets were stained, and they don't give you an iron. Don't stay here unless it's absolutely NECESSARY!

Bed sits too high from the floor for shorter people and one of my favorite TV channels was constantly not working. No manager on site to address any of these issues

The color of the building was not brown it was gray so I passed it up a couple of times. You could tell they had been painting by the smell. The other couple that was to check in on Saturday could not stay because of the paint smell.

While the room was clean, there was a cigarette burn on the comforter.

Our stay was good for the few hours we needed to sleep but I wouldnt want to stay longer than the few hours we did.

It was close to the conference center. The room was comfortable.
Negatives:
I was in a room at the end by IH35. Traffic noise was bad overnight. Breakfast was cereal and pastries.
