I paid for a king bed with sleeper sofa and only got a room with king bed and my grandson had to sleep on the floor. They wouldnt offer any bedding until my husband made a fuss. Also TV didnt work.

Room was large and clean with good-sized shower and television. Front desk staff was very helpful in finding transportation and arranging a later checkout. Pool was clean and workout room looked well-equipped.

The property was nice and clean.

We stayed there as a group for a tournament. Our car was stolen on the lot the second night, and the staff was of no help nor had any concern at all. They were very rude and only cooperated with police. When asked to speak with a manager they told us they could not get in touch with a manger on weekends. Although, the night before they told us the general manager called and told them to turn the lights off in the lobby while a few of the adult group members where down sitting in the lobby. The lobby had a group of nonguest under age children that was there just hanging around which made guest feel very unsafe. The hotel was very nice but, I dont think that was a safe environment. They need to hire night security to patrol that area. Will never stay at this location again.

Nice hotel, but will not recommend.
Positives:
Rooms were very clean, and all the little extras were well stocked. Shampoo lotion shower gel. The welcome on the TV when we walked was a nice touch. Noise level was low despite it being several youth teams staying there. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical but not bad. They kept the area clean during the time we used the dining area. Beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The area around the hotel seemed a little seedy. One of the groups traveling with us had their car stolen on site. Nothing the hotel could control, but they may should consider security especially considering the look of area around the hotel.
