The hotel staff were amazing. Each of them were friendly, enthusiastic, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect.
Negatives:
The "hot" breakfast could have been good if it were actually hot. It was served pretty much cold and was not kept warm properly.

Received an email the day of our stay that our reservation was canceled. On our way there during a 6 hour drive. Had to find other accommodations at the last minute which cost us double.

We had to call security 4 times about the constant noise in the room above us only to find out they had a personal party in their room which is against policy. security found out about it and only gave a warning. this continued way past 2:30am..
