Between Saturday, Dec 21st, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Dec 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Dec 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 22, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Nothing Booked the wrong place and within minutes called to explain. Still charged me. So not only did I have lay my child to rest i had to sleep in my car because I could not afford another place to sleep.

Negatives: The customer service sucked. They have no heart. No soul. A grieving mother made a mistake (as if you sir never made a mistake before and realized it just a minute later) and I paid for it dearly. I will never stay with hotel line ever again.

Negatives: It was not what was portrayed online It needed, or was in process of, work. A lot of the work needed is cosmetic (painting, heavy cleaning). Ice machine was dirty Pool had no water

Negatives: Room service is upon request and I didn't see the sign for it at check in. Was a little disappointed when I walked in after a long day of work. Too tired to really care.
