We didn't get our rooms next to each other, they gave us a room that had the carpet soaked, we were on the 4th floor and my kids were on the 1st floor, the breakfast was not good, the coffee was cold, and the lady at the front desk was rude,

We did not like it. We did not stay because the manager who was the person checking us in was rude and did not try to accommodate a 40 minute early check in.
Negatives:
Manager / staff was so rude and did not represent Hilton appropriately so we canceled reservation and manager gave us a bill for zero dollars.

Positives:
Very clean rooms, comfortable bed. The Air Condition worked excellent for the super hot days. Didn't check out pool area overall first time staying there everything was good except the breakfast could have been better. The staff was very nice especially Stephanie that's works the night shift exceptional helpful and very nice. Will definitely stay here again. Reasonable price for the room we had.
Negatives:
The breakfast could have been better. We weren't expecting a gourmet one either but we think they could have done better. Didn't have any fresh fruits. They advertise a breakfast sandwich with bioche bread that they didn't have. There is alot of good places to eat close by anyways.
