Negatives: changed rooms 4 times due to not wanting 1st floor, 2nd was stuffy smelly room, 3rd was because of alarm going off most of the night in the room next to us, fire alarm needed batteries, then 4th time for the same reason! Fire alarm going off because of batteries needing to be replaced.

Negatives: Mold on the lamp shades, water stained curtains, musty smell, cock roaches in the bathroom. Dirty towels (thank God I bring my own). Just really not worth the price then to be charged a. Extra $100 deposit when room was fully paid for.

Negatives: They required $100 deposit for any damage to room and when I first walked in room there was plenty of damage already torn curtains, stained sofa, restroom door was broken elevator and hallways were hot no a/c.
