Things were worn down: no door on closet (track showed it had broken and wasn’t replaced); the bathtub was so worn it looked like fibreglass was showing through (Still functional, but really tired for $180/night.); no lunch options for travellers working at hotel and school not in season, so no options at university meetings; phone in room didn’t work, so had to dress to go downstairs and find someone at 5 am when the WiFi went out.

Location! Great place if you're attending an event at Don Haskins Center or Sun Bowl and having the odd beer. Walking distance, no Uber needed. Comfy bed, good shower, and close to a variety of eating options. Swimming pool looked nice.

We requested a crib and we got the last of the 3. Our crib was broken. Also someone left the alarm clock behind the night stand and the alarm was left on at 6am. Waking up from a dead sleep trying to find it was not easy and woke up the whole family. The shuffle service was hardly available.
