The room had issues starting with the refrigerator was broken. I told the front desk and I was told they would send maintenance to come take a look and no one never showed up. The walls were very dirty. The continental breakfast was a joke. People had to wait for stuff. No milk, no bagels, no waffle batter, no yogurt. Nothing! We had to wait for someone to get back from Walmart with supplies. That happened every day we were there. Someone spilled a cup of coffee in front of the stairs, I told the front desk and nothing was done to clean it up until hours later. Overall appearance of the hotel was dirty and I have been staying at this hotel for years when I go back to visit. Things have gotten worse at this hotel. I will definitely start staying at another hotel.

water in toilet was running all night. we had to open the tank to stop it and then actually shut it off. water was leaking to the floor. had to use towel to mop up water. door key did not work the second night . we got back about 9pm and key didn't work. went to office, got another key which didn't work; repeated this two more times! finally office staff (after she finished with other customers) met us where we were waiting at the outside door and she opened the door for us. there was no housekeeping for the second day so dirty towels we mopped floor with were still in the bathtub and beds were not made.
