La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham El Paso Cielo Vista

Negatives: When i got there the person at the front desk told me to be patient since it was his first night by himself which i understood. I asked for a crib if it was not already in the room. He said he wasnt sure but will check.i got to my room and about 20mins passed and i havent gotten the crib. I called the front desk and spoke to him again, he said to be patient and he will get back to me in 30-45 mins mind you its 12am already but i said its fine( i was still understanding and patient) 30 minutes passed and no response yet, i called again he said he was going to go check for sure which he did and came to my room 15min later and he said he checked and that there wasnt any. I feel like it would of been easier for both of us if he knew from the beginning. I would have been asleep by then.

Negatives: The kitchen was old. And also The kitchen could've been cleaner.

Negatives: Everything was bad the beds pillows The door to go in batteries where dead Price higher on app than un hotel $40 more never will.ise app.again

Negatives: I didn't particulary care for the noise. The neighboring room madce a considerable amount of bumping, slamming door and excess foot traffic; walls are thin and no weatheringstripping around door. Tub spout was loose enought to fall off.
