Negatives: Rooms are dirty. Breakfast is terrible

Negatives: Other than Elizabeth, everything at the hotel was bad... I had stayed here before with my dad a few years ago, and it was a great stay, but this time around, it was so disappointing. Nothing worked from the light switch to the electrical wall plugs to the plumbing. Everything was just broken. One minute our lights were working fine the next they all went out the room next to ours had electrical issues and it affected ours, there was no phones in the room to call the front desk we had to use our cell phones. The toilet would not flush you had to stand over the toilet and hold the button down until all of the water went down. We had asked for housekeeping the come and clean the room every day at check in and Elizabeth made sure she put us on the list and not once did housekeeping come to make the beds or clean we had to go looking for clean towels soaps toilet paper every night. We had to take out our trash to the trash man as he was walking by since housekeeping wouldn't come to clean the room. When we walked into the room the floor was dirty and there was stains on the sheets asked to have them changed and they gave us shower curtains instead and wanted us to figure it out, housekeeping just left. The morning staff at the desk seemed to be either too busy with their own conversation that they neglected to keep the breakfast bar stocked. The hours are M-F, 6 am to 9 am, and S-S 7am to 10 am. On Monday up a little later than usual, but it were able to make it to breakfast at 815am the noticed the batter for the waffle was empty and asked if they were going to bring out more and the lady was like not its 815 there is not more batter with out even checking with the kitchen.

Negatives: First room bathroom didn’t work and you could see through the curtain from outside. Second room was a bit smelly from the HVAC and TV did not work.

Negatives: We got a key for our room and went inside saw exposed outlet and debris behind both beds and under . We have children and this was not clean or safe for use to stay . I gave the key back five minutes later and left . Currently waiting for booking. Com to refund me

Negatives: Not terribly clean

Negatives: It was dirty, you can tell it had not been swept or mopped. There was dust and lint everywhere and the floors were very dirty. The bed sheets are very stained and dusty as well. We had plumbing issues as well as our heaters not working. The tv was also not working

Negatives: Many homeless people walking through the corridors and the security of the disappointing hotel
