The cleanness they use too much bleach but just smells at the first just i had open the door and turn the ac in order to get the bleach smell out other than that it was everything good

water in toilet was running all night. we had to open the tank to stop it and then actually shut it off. water was leaking to the floor. had to use towel to mop up water. door key did not work the second night . we got back about 9pm and key didn't work. went to office, got another key which didn't work; repeated this two more times! finally office staff (after she finished with other customers) met us where we were waiting at the outside door and she opened the door for us. there was no housekeeping for the second day so dirty towels we mopped floor with were still in the bathtub and beds were not made.
