Found blood stains on shower wall and floor, I checked in and went to room for a bit before having to head out. Once I returned and decided to take a shower I noticed the blood stains on the wall and shower floor, front desk told me there was nothing they could do since I had checked in an hour ago. Very dissatisfied with that stay and I’ve stayed here multiple times and was upset that nothing could be done. Very unsanitary and I am not sure if I will be returning to this location. Management has always been helpful but I feel as if they dropped the ball on this one.

Excellent quality of personnel...well trained, knowledgeable and available without being interfering in your day to day activities. Maintenance was on point, and housekeeping as well. Front desk young ladies are all helpful and efficient. We had a fire at our residence so as we decide what to do, we welcome this pet fee not needed hotel which is also in a great location for dining and shopping . Our two rescue cats love to lookout the window and admire the view. Tony, the GM is outstanding!
