Got there late. Got our room and shower had been leaking for a while. There was water all over bathroom floor. Switched rooms and there was no towels or bed covers. Switched rooms again and covers on only one bed so had to cancel reservation since staff couldn’t help to accommodate us. So tired I didn’t even take any photos of anything just wanted to get out of there

Window in room was broken(had cardboard taped over), bed had hole in corner looking like animal had nested in it, scratched wall from animals. Kids running around trying to get ice from empty machines.

It was on a Monday, there was no sign they had just cleaned the pool, and put chemical, the pool was still open, after going for a swim, the chemicals they had just added that morning gave me a real bad eye infection reaction with blisters irritation etc.
