everything was so dirty, there were stains in the walls like boggers, the comforters for the bed were disgusting, the bathtub and bathroom as well, there was lot of homeless outside, and set the fire alarm on purpose at 6:30 in the morning,’me and my mom were scared and we ran cause we couldn’t take it anymore

Nothing really. We checked out after three hours and moved to a different hotel.
Negatives:
Poor conditions, cleaning was not done properly, there were still stains in the furniture from previous guests. It is not the right property if you want to relax and have a decent room.

I’m still waiting for the. All bc the first room. 145 was full of cocarouches and they moved me to 111 and the towels where filthy dirty and the restroom did not work I had to go hold it and in the morning run to lobby to use that restroom I’m still waiting bc I want my money back I spoke to a lady and told me her supervisor would call be back gave her my number never received a call
