Everyone was so good to...

Our room smelled like smoke, I asked to be moved to a different room and we had the same issue it still smelled bad. The room was extremely dirty, the walls had marks of who knows what all over them. The front door is weak and could be easily kicked in and had foot prints on the bottom of the door. We found bed bugs along furniture and floor in bathroom. There were also a lot of single men getting rooms and we noticed some women meeting up with men going into there rooms. This left us feeling extremely uncomfortable as we had an infant and a minor with us. When I booked the room all the reviews stated it was well kept and comfortable. So I decided to book it but now I know that is why it was inexpensive because you get what you pay for. This place needs to be remodeled or torn down. It was dusty, stale smuggy scent and just to think of how unkept it was seeing smears of who knows what on the walls to the hairs on the e walls and floor to the weak door, outdated paint trims where the dirt just accumulates into the crevices. We didn’t even shower during our stay as we were to grossed out to put our bare feet in the tub. All we did was sleep and get dressed to leave. I will say the only positive was the air conditioning worked great other than that I will never again return or trust reviews and will personally see the room before booking.

I didn’t like that my bedroom window faced the parking lot (just like everyone else). The curtain didn’t close well which allowed street lamps to shine in the room overnight.

The room door structure is weak. Anyone can burst into the room, so the key is not necessary. The air conditioner felt only near the bathroom and gave out a particular smell.

Rooms looked ugly and dirty from the outside even though they seemed renewed on the inside. The room lock was broken so it was difficult to open it and also the key wasn’t working properly as we had to ask twice for help and it was giving. Shower roof was too low so it was very difficult to use it for a tall person. AC machine was loud
