Motel 6-Ennis TX

Positives: The staff were really nice and friendly and were always available. Never had to call down to front desk to ask for any supplies as the staff always made sure to check up on the guest. I loved my stay here.

Positives: The room was a non smoking but smelled like weed I had my baby with me it was horrible experience I cant believe I waste my last few dollars on this room

Positives: The people who stayed and lived on site. Cant say same about staff

Positives: The people who stayed and lived at the location were great . Cant say the same about the staff . Everyday seemed to be a fight or argument over something. The staff has no respect for people and lack common sense along with privacy and common courtesy they talk over you anytime you try to explain their wrong doing

Positives: We rented here over two months $2500 plus per month...the owner and front desk two women are the rudest hospitality persons we've ever encountered the owner a complete jerk and price gouges and makes up his little bs policies so he doesn't have to rent to people even charging them up to $100 for cleaning fee if room is not spotless to his standards when u leave because he triples his prices on several different occasions not letting the people who have been staying there know about it because I know we were one of two families having to stay there for medical reasons having outpatient treatments for cancer..he raises the rates so high to be greedy and very unprofessional and I guess it's his family the other two women which are very unprofessional and do not need to be working in customer service in a place where our cultures and the way we treat others are very different...they over trippled the rates this past weekend we had to pack up to come back Sunday and then here came the excuses and all these new policies motel 6 has but could not provide a copy of those policies SHAME ON THEM AND THEY HAVE DONE MANY PEOPLE THIS WAY AND NEED TO TAKE A CLASS IN HOSPITALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ..THE BEST GUY WORKING THERE IS MATT NOW HESHOULD OWN THE PLACE NOT THIS RUDE GREEDY MIKE AND HIS FAMILY THEY MAKE ENNIS LOOK BAD AND DO NOT DESERVE NOR OWN A BUSINESS DEALING WITH PEOPLE AND FAMILIES ESPECIALLY ONES WHO ARE SICK I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB....THERE IS MUCH MORE TO THIS AND MOTEL 6 CORPORATE SHOULD NOT LET THESE INDIVIDUALS REPRESENT THERE BRAND..THESE ARE THE MOST TRASHY HATEFUL LYING PRICE GOUGING PROPRIETORS U COULD EVER TRUST OR FEEL AT HOME WITH THEY MAKE YOU VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND TREAT U LIKE THERE UR WORST ENEMY ..LEGALLY THAT COMMUNITY A LONG WITH PAST RESIDENTS SHOULD SHUT THEM DOWN OR ATLEAST STRIP THEM OF THE MOTEL 6 LOGO/BRAND BECAUSE THEY ARE DEFINITELY GIVING MOTEL 6 A BAD NAME..GOD BLESS US ALL AND AMERICA

Positives: Management at this hotel is extremely rude, and incompetent. Consideration of anyone else other than themselves is null . They talk to the customers as if they are children and as if they are beneath them. Will never return until new management is there.
