Motel 6-Euless TX - Dallas

Negatives: The room we had requested by booking was a Queen and ended up with a double bed I have worked in hotels myself and I know if reservations are made by booking room styles can not be changed and it was another thing was that I called that morning to make sure it was a Queen and to request for a bottom floor the fallowing morning we called the front office to request that no one went into our room and that we didn’t need room service and they completely ignored the request we had a lot of valuable things in our room that everywhere we go we request for no service and we take sheets and towels and trash out for the cleaning process to be easy for them but nothing was taken into consideration of our request

Negatives: The ac was only fix to 66 And people was allow out by your down smoking and kids playing at 9 and 10 pm

Negatives: We arrived a little after 3pm. The front staff gave us the key and our room wasn’t even ready. Had to wait outside for like 10min so the cleaning staff could finish. When we got in the bathroom had a dead roach and saw a couple more during our stay. At 3am the people next to our room were arguing and you could literally hear what they were saying. They hotel is pet friendly which is amazing, but the same people that were arguing had a dog that barked a couple a times during the night.

Negatives: Everything was fine

Negatives: I didn't like that they did not have a do not disturb sign to hang on your door so housekeeping knows not to bother you I do work overnight and that was my only issue

Negatives: Poor water pressure.

Negatives: No kettle in room

Negatives: T V did not work

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Too much people running around all night

Negatives: Very loud. Could hear the freeway, the other guests, the staff, cars in the parking lot etc. I was woken up several times in the middle of the night by loud guests and cars in the parking lot (like 3:30Am)
