Negatives: The first room we were in didn’t have AC.

Negatives: Quietness

Negatives: What I didn’t like : I had to be the exterminator and kill five roaches because I was not about to let them hitch a ride home with me, when I don’t have any to begin with.

Negatives: For one the air barely worked if at all. It barely blew any air. It was very humid. I requested a down stairs room due to my health condition and that did not happen. It was in my reservation, I still was not even accommodated when I arrived. There was lots of suspicious activity on the premises. I should get part of my monies back for the room not having been completely cleaned and soft flooring, barely any air, the rude housekeeping, people who know how to leave when it’s check out leave you don’t bang on the door or open their door when their stay is not up yet. That is annoying and disrespectful. They should have a list at all times of who and what.

Negatives: The room we had requested by booking was a Queen and ended up with a double bed I have worked in hotels myself and I know if reservations are made by booking room styles can not be changed and it was another thing was that I called that morning to make sure it was a Queen and to request for a bottom floor the fallowing morning we called the front office to request that no one went into our room and that we didn’t need room service and they completely ignored the request we had a lot of valuable things in our room that everywhere we go we request for no service and we take sheets and towels and trash out for the cleaning process to be easy for them but nothing was taken into consideration of our request

Negatives: The ac was only fix to 66 And people was allow out by your down smoking and kids playing at 9 and 10 pm

Negatives: We arrived a little after 3pm. The front staff gave us the key and our room wasn’t even ready. Had to wait outside for like 10min so the cleaning staff could finish. When we got in the bathroom had a dead roach and saw a couple more during our stay. At 3am the people next to our room were arguing and you could literally hear what they were saying. They hotel is pet friendly which is amazing, but the same people that were arguing had a dog that barked a couple a times during the night.
