Close to shopping and dining. Easy on and of Hwy.

Cleanliness of the facility. Upon arriving, the lobby had trash speak through it. There was a large crowd in the lobby, which made it impossible for one front desk employee to keep it clean. One employee for checking in made check-in a little difficult as there were multiple people checking at the same time. The dining area was not clean, and there was no fresh water available to guests. Again, there was only one front desk employee. With such a large crowd occupying the facility, there should have been more staff on hand to meet the needs of the guess. The pool was dirty and closed down due to the issues. The elevator was not in good running condition. Appeared to mechanical issues. Staff was attempting to meet the needs of multiple guests. She was friendly and attentive even under pressure. Beds were very uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep. Suggestion is when the facility is at full capacity, maybe having more staff on duty to attend to the needs of the facility as well as guests. .
