I liked the location was away from everything, but close enough to where everything was still close.

I dont like that I had to buy the hotel staff food in order to secure my room. I booked two nights, but different bookings. I called the hotel the night before to make sure I wouldnt have to check out to go to a new room and was told it would be okay and they would change it up in the system but to go down and check out and basically recheck back in before 11. So I go down and the lady at the front desk was the most rude person Ive ever met at any hotel. She proceeds to tell me I dont even have a booking, even though I showed her my confirmation number and everything else, and also told me Id have to pack all my stuff up and leave and come back up at 3 to check in cause I couldnt keep the same room. Then she proceeds to tell me what to buy her for lunch so I dont have to leave my room. Considering I was at a crunch for time I had to get the lady food delivered to the hotel, and was magically able to keep my room. She was rude to not only me but every customer who come in line behind me as well.
I also didnt like the tv, I barely had any channels that actually worked, and the app to connect to my phone would not work at all.

My daughter had an emergency appendectomy and after numerous attempts to cancel several days before my prepaid trip, I was never contacted or received a call back to discuss a refund even after I offered supporting documentation for the cancellation! We use hotels so often due to the travel that is required for club volleyball. This is the worst experience we have encountered. Do not use this hotel!
