Staff acted like they were bothered when I needed something. Room stank like moldy nastiness.. window leaked water and air..
Positives:
Delicious breakfast! Typical pastries were available along with bagels. There was blueberry yogurt in single-serve containers. 2% and whole milk was kept chilled in the countertop refrigerator. There were hot items such as scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and breakfast potatoes. The coffee maker put out coffee made from concentrate, apparently, but it was drinkable. There was also a machine from which guests could get juices from concentrate.
The room was so gorgeous and comfortable. The beds were advertised as queen size, but our party of 4 family members all concur that the width was not the same as our queen beds at home. However, that is a minor quibble. The air conditioner worked fabulously keeping us comfortable and keeping the humidity at bay. The water pressure in the bathroom shower/tub was fine. Speaking of the tub, it was very large, practically a soaking tub.
Everything seemed clean throughout the property. The ever-present aroma was one of fresh, sanitized, well-kept lodging. My family would definitely stay here again if circumstances warranted. 10/10 excellent in every way! We had been victims of the recent storms in the Dallas area and had to temporarily relocate until power was restored to our home.
Negatives:
There was nothing about this stay that we didn't like. As mentioned earlier, the advertised queen-size beds seemed narrower than typical queens. The length of the beds was "queen," but the width was ... approximate. However, this is quite a minor quibble, and it did not affect our lovely stay in any way.

Negatives:
The hotel smelled and looked clean but, our room #207 was not cleaned very well at all. It was musty smelling when we opened the door and the baseboards and carpet had so much dust. The bathroom tile was dirty and there was a dirty q-tip stuck on the tile.

The breakfast was okay. there was plenty of food put out. I liked the choices.
Negatives:
There was no soap in the room when I checked in. I did call the front desk and they told me to come down and get it. The remote did not work after I had to go get new batteries. The lady at the desk told me she would find someone to come fix it and she would call me back. She never called back and so I had to watch a channel I did not enjoy. Also when I asked for an early check-in, no one told me it would be thirty dollars more. I had been there before and asked for an early check-in and did not have to pay extra. Again, the girl did not explain, just gave me a take it or leave it attitude. I won't stay again.
