The staff made an error in not retrieving my pre payment through booking.com and so I was charged twice for the reservation. I called to have this resolved and was told several times they would look into it and call me back, and I never got a call back. I then took the issue to booking.com and am still waiting for a resolution. I'm disappointed that they were unable to help me with this double charge that was caused by an error on their side.

The valet parking worked great. There is a tall lady with short hair (don't know her name). She is probably one of you best employees.
Negatives:
The WXYZ Bar: Bad food, bad drinks, and the waitress was worse. There was no one there when we walked in. My wife and I ordered drinks. Other people came in to by drinks at the bar. We did not get waited on for 20 min. I would not go back to this facility of your establishment. Check out day: I don't like the maid taping on the door at 8:15 to make up the room. She came back every 20 min.
