Positives:
Perfect location. Exactly where we wanted to be. We didn't eat breakfast. The room was large and great for us. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. Hot water and great pressure. Everything was very clean. We were put on the 1st floor as I requested. Desired but not mandatory.
Negatives:
The air conditioner maybe needed updating. We had the thermostat set on 72. It was very cold when it was on, but very hot and humid when it kicked off. We couldn't find a good balance.
The sink leaked from around the base of the faucet. We had to keep a towel around it to not get the whole counter wet. It was a minor issue that did not interrupt our stay. We could have reported it, but we were fine and didn't bother.

Within a block of restaurants and shopping. The cattle drive was right in front of our hotel twice a day. Plenty to see and do without driving everywhere. The John Wayne experience was right down the road.
Negatives:
The only thing was you have to pay a daily parking fee if you drive in. No free parking anywhere.

THE ROOM THAT WE GOT WAS A DOUBLE QUEEN WITH AN ADDITIONAL PULL OUT BED. THE ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS AND CLEAN, I HAVE ZERO COMPLAINTS. MY FAVORITE THING THO ABOUT THIS PROPERTY WAS THE LOCATION. IT WAS IN CENTER OF ALL OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE STOCKYARDS.

The room is comfortable and very quiet.
Negatives:
A musty smell is in the room. You notice it when you open the door. Take 5-7 minutes to get hot water in the shower and the hotel was not busy. I reported the smell and the desk clerk immediately put the issue on the work schedule.
