Negatives: I paid a $20 deposit and it’s going on 2 weeks and still don’t have it. I called several times asking about it but they kept picking up, listening then hanging up. I plan on making a trip there

Negatives: I didn't like that I was charged three times for staying at the hotel and I never stayed there at all. Then when I tried to get a refund from booking.com and they contacted the property and they lied saying that I stayed there. Yet on the cameras you can clearly see I never even touch a key card at all. So the woman who lied to booking.com is the same woman who wouldn't give me the manager's name or number at all. She did so bad of customer service that she needs to be fired and I definitely deserve an apology. Also with a full refund.

Negatives: I didn't like being on the 4th floor

Negatives: It was dirty ,Sheets never got changed from the previous client ,The woman at the front desk is so rude she needs to be fired, I wouldn't even let my dog sleep in that place ,Disgusting, Booking.com should be ashamed to have places like this on the App

Negatives: The location is not in a safe place. Lots of foot traffic. The room smelled like a cigarette party was happening as we opened the door. I reserved a non-smoking room, but it was not. I have lung problems and it was awful for me. I spoke with 3 different employees and they did nothing. They're in the middle of renovating so it was a mess. No breakfast.

Negatives: Everything, the front desk manager was rude, they lied on their listing saying they have a pool and they don't. I was over charged to be honest for the room quality and the bad experience from the night clerk i paid for 2 days in cash but ended up checking out the next morning due to them lying saying they had a pool and didn't and that's what my children were looking forward to. After I told them I was checking out and it was time to issue My refund they told me they do not issue refunds in cash only by card and it will take 3 to 5 business days!! The hallways on the 4th floor had a very bad odor, the area is bad and very sketchy people walking around all hours of the night.

Negatives: Hotel was trashed. Empty condom wrappers in the hallway, water wouldn’t drain out of the sink, trash and drywall were all in the elevator and hallway.
